About SMS Gateway

SMS Gateway is an SMS marketing platform that sends through Android phones instead of a messaging provider. Pair a phone by scanning a QR code, and it sends your queued messages through its SIM, reports delivery and forwards replies back to the web dashboard. You pay no per-message provider fees, only your SIM plan. With the permissions you choose, the phone can also sync its contacts so you can message them without importing a file.

The dashboard covers campaigns with personalized templates, tag and segment audiences, scheduling, rate limits, A/B tests, link click tracking and recurring sends, plus a two-way inbox with assignments, snoozing and internal notes. STOP replies unsubscribe contacts automatically, keyword auto-replies and drip sequences run on their own, and quiet hours hold messages until morning.

It is built to run as a service. Customers sign up from the landing page, connect their own phones or use phones you assign from a shared pool, and work in isolated accounts with team seats. You define plans with monthly and daily quotas, sending rates and MMS access, and customers pay by card through Stripe, in crypto (BTC, or USDT on Tron or BNB Smart Chain) with automatic on-chain detection, or by payments you record.

The Android app runs as a foreground service on Android 7 and later, keeps a durable queue through network drops and restarts, supports dual SIM, multipart SMS and MMS, and pauses phones whose sends start failing. An API with signed webhooks, two-factor sign-in, reCAPTCHA, an audit log and CSV exports round it out.

What do I receive?
Complete source code for the web dashboard and server and for the Android gateway app, a setup guide for the server and the phones, all updates and email support.
What do I need to run it?
A server or computer with Node.js 22.5 or later that your phones can reach, and Android phones on Android 7.0 or later with SIM cards that can send SMS. Picture messages also need mobile data switched on.
How many messages can one phone send?
Carriers throttle SIMs that send too fast. Start around 10 to 20 messages per minute and a few hundred a day per phone, and add phones to scale. The server enforces rate limits per phone, per account and per campaign.
Is bulk SMS legal?
Only message people who agreed to hear from you, and include an opt-out. Rules such as the TCPA in the US and GDPR and PECR in Europe apply. The platform handles STOP replies and records how each contact was added.
Can I sell it as a service?
Yes. It is multi-tenant: customers sign up, pick a plan and pay by card or crypto, and you control limits and phone assignments from the admin panel. The Source License page explains what you may do with the code itself.
