Refund Policy
Last updated November 2, 2026
When you can get a refund
You can ask for a refund within 7 days of your purchase if:
- the files could not be delivered to you, for example the download links never worked and we couldn't fix it; or
- the product doesn't match its description on our site, for example a feature or platform listed on the product page is missing.
Usually the quickest fix is to sort out the problem: send working links, a corrected build or missing files. If we can't, or you'd rather not wait, we refund you.
Source code purchases
Source code can't be returned once you have it, so purchases that include source code are not refundable once the source code has been downloaded, except where the law requires a refund.
What isn't covered
- Changing your mind after downloading source code.
- Problems caused by running the software on a platform or setup not listed on its product page.
- Movements in cryptocurrency prices after you paid.
- Fees charged by your wallet, exchange or the blockchain network.
- Payments sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network or in the wrong amount. Write to us anyway and we'll help where we can.
How to ask
Reply to your order email or write to humans@thinktools.dev with your order number (it starts with TT-) and a short description of the problem. A real person reads every request.
How refunds are paid
- Crypto: we send the USD amount you paid, in the same currency and on the same network, to an address you give us.
- Card, PayPal or Razorpay: refunded to the original payment method. The time it takes to show up depends on your bank or provider.
When an order is refunded, its license key is revoked and its download links stop working. Please delete your copies of the software.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
