Terms of Sale

Last updated November 2, 2026

These terms apply when you buy or download software from thinktools.dev. They are written to be read. If anything is unclear, ask us before you buy.

1. Who we are

thinktools.dev and its product subdomains are operated by ThinkTools (“ThinkTools”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at humans@thinktools.dev. “You” means the person placing the order, or the business they are buying for.

2. Products

We sell software as ready-to-run apps, as complete source code, or both, as described on each product page. We describe every product as accurately as we can. Screenshots show the product at the time they were taken, and details can change as the software is updated. Some products are free and are distributed through their public repositories under their own open-source licenses; those licenses, not these terms, govern their use.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in US dollars and are the full price of the product. We do not add fees at checkout.
  • You can pay in cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, or USDT on the TRON or BNB Smart Chain networks) or with any other method listed at checkout. Card and other payment providers are offered only when they are switched on.
  • For crypto payments, the payment page shows the exact amount, the receiving address and the network. The USD price is converted at the rate shown, which is held for the time shown. You must send the exact amount, on the network shown, before the quote expires. If it expires you can request a new quote.
  • Fees charged by your wallet, exchange or the blockchain network are yours and are not paid to us. We are not responsible for funds sent to a different address, on a different network or in a different amount, although we will help where we can.
  • Prices do not include taxes. Any sales tax, VAT, customs duty or similar charge due in your country on your purchase is your responsibility.

4. Your order

Your order is accepted when your payment is confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order before delivery, for example if a price was shown in error or a payment cannot be verified; if you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

5. Delivery

Once your payment is confirmed we email you a link to your order page with your download links and, where the product uses one, your license key. Download links are valid for 7 days and are renewed every time you open your order page. If the files for your purchase are not ready yet, we email you as soon as they are. Keep your order email: the order page link is how you get back to your downloads.

6. License

Software is licensed to you, not sold. What you may do with it is set out in the Source License, which covers both source code purchases and apps-only purchases. By completing a purchase you agree to it.

7. Updates and support

Updates to a product you bought are included at no extra cost and appear on your order page when they are released. We do not promise a release schedule or that any particular feature will be added. Support is by email at humans@thinktools.dev.

8. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

9. Using the site

Don't use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, to get around payment, or to share download links or license keys with people who haven't bought the product. We may suspend access that is used this way.

10. Warranty

We make sure each product works as described on its page. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, the software is provided “as is”, without other warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for checking that a product suits your needs, for keeping backups, and for how you deploy and use it.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one shown on this page when you placed your order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and the courts of [Jurisdiction] have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
