About NovaCrypto Pay

NovaCrypto Pay turns a WordPress site into a crypto checkout with no payment processor in the middle. Customers pay directly to your wallet addresses, and the plugin watches the blockchain and confirms the order automatically. It works with WooCommerce, including the block checkout and HPOS, with Easy Digital Downloads, or on its own.

You can accept Bitcoin on-chain and over Lightning, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Avalanche, Tron and Solana, plus USDT, USDC and DAI on every supported chain. Add any EVM chain or token by chain ID and contract address. Paste an extended public key and every order gets a fresh address, while your private keys never touch the server.

Exchange rates come from several providers with automatic fallback, caching, markup and manual overrides across more than 150 fiat currencies. Payment detection falls back across block explorers and RPC endpoints, and the plugin handles under- and overpayments, partial payments, per-coin confirmations, rate-locked payment windows and late payments.

Without a shop, you can create payment links, emailed invoices and donation pages, or embed payments with shortcodes and blocks. Customers and admins get email, Telegram, Discord and Slack notifications, and a REST API with signed webhooks lets other apps take crypto payments through your site.

Do you or the plugin hold my funds?
No. Customers pay directly to your wallets, and the plugin only reads public blockchain data to confirm payments. The plugin adds no per-transaction fees.
What do I receive?
The installable WordPress plugin, its full PHP source code, the WooCommerce and Easy Digital Downloads integrations, all updates and email support.
What are the requirements?
WordPress 5.8 or later and PHP 7.4 or later with the GMP or BCMath extension for HD wallets, which almost every host provides. HTTPS is recommended, and a system cron that runs every minute gives the most reliable confirmations.
Do I need any API keys?
No. Bitcoin-family coins, Tron and Solana work without keys. For Ethereum-compatible chains an Etherscan API key is recommended; without one the plugin detects payments through Blockscout or RPC balance checks.
How do I refund a customer?
Crypto payments cannot be reversed automatically. The plugin records the customer's refund address and lets you mark a payment refunded after you send the funds yourself.
How do updates, support and refunds for the plugin work?
